Andy will discuss your ideas, gain an understanding of your past experience and if necessary recommend a short preparation session of at least 1/2 day (from £100 per person) before attempting your chosen route. He reserves the right to abandon the route if, in his view, conditions and/or a client's movement presents issues of safety.

Day One

You have the feeling of adventure with scrambles and a clutch of shapely Grahams and Donalds ahead of you as soon as you board the ferry at Ardrossan.

Once we've walked or cycled into Glen Rosa, we start an increasingly exposed walk above Coire Dairgean with panoramic views to Chir Mor (weather permitting) followed by scrambling on fine grained grippy Granite with 'The Bad Step' and the infamous descent off the ridge. We finish with a walk down Fionn Coire and, if we're on bikes, a glorious, mainly downhill, cycle out to the Brodick.

Day Two

We're back into Glen Rosa, this time, weather permitting, with a fabulous climb of the Scottish Classic rock route, 'Sou'Wester Slabs'.
