Join Andy for a 'real rock' outdoor experience where you learn to abseil starting with the basics with a safety rope right to the point where you control your own descent!

Helmets, harness and of course the ropes with the shiny bits of metal to help you slide down the rope, all included in the price: just bring yourself and your nerves for a fantastic time! (securely attached trainers or boots and waterproofs advisable)

COURSES: are available over the winter months and a full diary of courses starts now.

Introduction at Auchinstarry Quarry from 1800hrs @ £35 per person (no previous experience required)
